Quick Fix for Separated Peanut Butter | Tuesday’s Tip of the Day!
I absolutely love peanut butter in every form. Whether in a milkshake, cookie, sauce, mousse, vinaigrette, sandwich, fudge, mole, no-bake cookies, smoothie, frosting, or by the spoonful, I don’t discriminate! Today, I am going to share a quick tip for quickly incorporating the layer of oil that greets you when first opening your natural peanut butter jar.
Instead of trying to fit a whisk in the jar or a knife that only yields a nice mess, consider using a fork. With your fork prongs acting like the arms of your whisk, gently and slowly rotate or twirl the fork in the peanut butter until the oil and peanut butter evenly incorporate.
