Before you bring out your cutting board for tonight’s dinner, let me share a quick tip.

Placing a wet paper towel, kitchen towel or shelf liner under your cutting board keeps it from sliding around your counter top as you slice, chop and dice. It’s a simple trick but one that keeps fingers safe while making your prep even more efficient.
