Introducing Variegated Pink Eureka Lemons | Wednesday’s In the Know
Everyone is gushing over these gorgeous show-stopping variegated pink Eureka lemons, including myself! They are truly, all the rage and you must, just must, get in on the fun! These pictured are from my neighbor’s garden and picked just a few weeks ago. They are still lip-puckering tangy but with a slightly (ever so slightly) sweetness to round it off. I enjoyed some in my spa water and the rest in a vinaigrette. If I get my hands on a few more, I’m going to try a lemon meringue pie. Doesn’t that sound divine! For more information on planting variegated lemons, check out Sunset Magazine’s write-up. See, even they are swooning over these beauties!
