In a small bowl, combine a runny combination of kosher salt and distilled white wine vinegar. Using an old cloth, gently rub the mixture onto your copper. Rinse with room temperature water and you’re ready for supper! Now the question is, what’s for dinner…in your sparkling copper cookware, of course.
