Cookbook Recommendation: "What's For Dinner" by Chef Curtis Stone
I may be partial to Curtis Stone’s What’s For Dinner cookbook as, well, I was closely involved with the testing and production of it. I also traveled the country and even overseas with Chef Curtis Stone helping to promote the collection of delicious recipes. Even though I feel really loyal to What’s For Dinner because of my personal connection, I absolutely love it! Each chapter is dedicated to a day of the week and the frequent challenges we have with them.
For example, Motivating Monday’s is geared toward healthy meals, what we often look for come Monday! Time-Saving Tuesday’s, I don’t know about you, but this sure speaks to me come Tuesday! One-Pot Wednesday, of course only washing one dish is top priority on hump-day! Thrifty Thursday, so we can save for the weekend! Five-Ingredient Fridays, quick and easy so I can wind down after a busy week! Dinner Party Saturdays, for entertaining and making something special for my family and friends. Family Supper Sundays, meals perfect for sharing with the family around the table together. And chapter 8, my all-time favorite, Something Sweet!
However you use What's for Dinner, remember that he has a solution for every night of the week, even for curing the sweetest of sweet-tooths!!!
Cheers to starting a new tradition around the table together!
Sincerely,
