Throwback Thursday: First Interview at Le Cordon Bleu
I will never forget driving to Pasadena with my mom for my first interview at Le Cordon Bleu. I wasn’t sure what to expect and wasn’t even sure at that point if going back to school was the right choice. Fast forward four years, I will always be thankful to Le Cordon Bleu and their superb Chef instructors for the discipline and education that has guided me to where I am today. Wherever the time has gone, it has been a wonderful journey; one I look forward to continuing.
