Throwback Thursday: Graduation from Le Cordon Bleu!
It seems like yesterday I was at The Santa Anita Race Track with a multitude of other students from Le Cordon Bleu. And little did I know at the time, this was just the beginning. Fast forward 2 ½ years: Having the great privilege and opportunity in working on Chef Curtis Stone’s culinary team, to now starting my own business, I am so blessed with the foundation learned from my time at Le Cordon Bleu. From the Chef instructors and fellow students that acted as coaches, mentors and true believers in the “Tiffany Lewis brand”, I will always be thankful to you. I also wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for my family and friends that have been there for me through every deflated soufflé and overcooked chicken breast. Thank you for always believing in me, your constant encouragement and everlasting support and guidance when most needed! To you, ALL of you, thank you for making me the cook, teacher, mentor, coach, and person whom I am today.
