A Capful of Olive Oil, Keeps the Tablespoon Away | Tuesday’s Tip of the Day!
Some of my favorite moments in the kitchen, are discovering everyday tools for doing ordinary things. For example, using a spoon to peel ginger or a fork to pick parsley. These kitchen hacks actually work guys!!! Today, I am going to save you the trip to your measuring spoon drawer by teaching you one fun trick!
The cap to your olive oil jar, of course depending on which olive oil you are using, is generally 1 tablespoon. So, as your pan is heating and veggies are ready for sautéing, simply measuring the desired amount of oil by using the very own features of the bottle, the cap! Genius, right?
