Cooking to Impress? Don't Chance your Luck on a New Dish or Technique | Tuesday’s Tip of the Day!
Whether cooking that first meal for that special someone or preparing to feed a crowd, set yourself for success by cooking something familiar, comfortable and 100% foolproof! The added stress of cooking for others, especially if not done often, including a thorough (or lack there of) understanding of the involved techniques and necessary cooking equipment required, can overcome, overwhelm and in some cases, ruin your entire evening! So, let me speak from experience and tell you one quick little tip, less is more! Your guests aren’t expecting a Michelin Star meal but they are expecting a “meal” so let’s show them a great time by perfectly executing supper with maximum appeal and minimal effort! Heck, we can always strive for that Michelin Start meal but I would much rather play it safe and make something delicious that everyone leaves raving about! Wouldn’t you?
