Tuesday's Tip of the Day: Makeshift Drying Rack

When space is of the essence, finding a way to carefully dry wine glasses, or anything for that matter, can be quite the challenge. After cooling your cookies and roasting chicken breasts, consider also using your wire rack as a drying station. Simply wash and place each wine glass upside down on the wire rack to air dry. I like to put a kitchen towel underneath or even a baking sheet to catch the water.

Now how is that for genius, and easy!
