Throwback Thursday! The Australian Outback

A few years ago, when I worked for Chef Curtis Stone, I had the great opportunity to travel with him to Australia. One day we drove to the outback for a photo-shoot and were greeted by not only numerous photo opportunities, but kangaroos and other outback critters!  What an incredible experience and one that I highly recommend if you haven’t done so already.
