Cookbook Recommendation: "Cook Now, Eat Later" by Mary Berry
When Americans think of “Berry,” we automatically think of delicious summer fruits. But across the pond, when Brits think of “Berry,” chances are they are thinking about a different kind of berry…Mary Berry. Mary is the Queen of Cakes and one of England’s most beloved celebrities and cookbook authors. Mary, like me, emphasizes the important role food plays in bringing people around The Table Together.
With a plethora of cookbooks to choose from, Cook Now, Eat Later is my personal favorite from her collection as her underlying theme of the power food plays in bringing family and friends around The Table Together speaks to my entire philosophy around food and cooking with those that we love.
The next time you invite friends and family to gather around The Table Together, I hope you consider Mary’s collection of recipes from which to cook.
Cheers to starting a new tradition around The Table Together!
Sincerely,
Tiffany Lewis
