Throwback Thursday: Backstreet Boys!

I can still hear the screaming fans when the Backstreet Boys took stage! Thousands of girls (mostly) obsessing over the Boy Band waiving banners and homemade signs, some crying with tears of joy, some hoping to be noticed in the crowd.

Fast forward several years, I had the opportunity to meet them! I was with Curtis helping to prepare for his segment at Access Hollywood and they were in town for a concert at The Grove.  Lucky me, they were on the segment following ours so after finishing our demo on peach cobbler, I plated each of them a heaping portion of the showcased cobbler and asked for a picture. It’s amazing the power food has to win anyone over, even if just for a photo!

Oh, and they loved the cobbler! Win-Win-Win!
