Cookbook Recommendation: "Cooking with Trader Joe's"

My sister is known for her cakes, especially the ones she makes for our birthdays. Her specialty, if we were to pick one, is her oreo crusted chocolate number compliments to Trader Joe’s. Easy to prepare and beneficial when made the day before (so it fully sets), it’s an excellent choice!!!

Cakes aren’t your thing? Cooking with Trader Joe’s Cookbook has numerous appetizers, salads and sides from which to choose.  Best of all, recipes are simple and easy to prepare – a winning combination when it comes to weeknight cooking!
