Throwback Thursday! Knife Skills Class at Le Cordon Bleu

Knife skills class is where it all began! Without perfect knife skills, there is no foundation. No basis from which to build. To this day I remember the countless bags of tomato’s, onions and carrots from which I julienned and batonnet-ed. And thank goodness I had this foundation as it has primed me for where I am today.
