Throwback Thursday! First Day at Le Cordon Bleu

I will never forget receiving my allotment of 3 chef coats, 3 pairs of white and black checkered chef pants, and 2 hats. Of course my mom had to capture this first moment in my pressed coat, and I’m glad she did! Every time I look at this picture, I remember that feeling of excitement but also anxiety as I headed into my first class at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Looking back now, I cannot even imagine how I truly felt walking through those doors, but I’m so glad I did!
