Grilled Peaches with Yogurt Sauce
When sweet tooth’s come knocking, try making a healthier option that satisfies even the toughest of cravings. Simply grilling peaches and drizzling with low-fat yogurt is a great (and quick) option to put any sweet tooth at bay!

Cook Time: 4 minutes
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 small peaches, cut in half, pitted
cooking spray
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon low-fat milk
2 teaspoons honey – see kitchen note
1 teaspoon thinly sliced mint, garnish
Method:
1. In a small bowl, add melted butter and peaches tossing to evenly coat.
2. Using cooking spray, generously spray the grill pan. Place over medium heat and cook until grill marks appear, approximately 2 minutes.
3. Rotate 180ºF degrees, and continue to cook until the second set of grill marks appear creating a cross-hatch.
4. Meanwhile, prepare yogurt sauce.
5. In a small bowl, add yogurt, milk and honey whisking until smooth. Set aside.
6. Remove peaches from grill pan and arrange on a platter with grill marks facing up. Drizzle with yogurt sauce and finish with thinly sliced mint to garnish.
Kitchen Note: For more or less sweetness, adjust the amount of honey used.
