Bourbon Whipped Cream
Quite frankly, there is nothing that can top a homemade pecan, sweet potato or pumpkin pie than freshly whipped bourbon whipping cream. Slightly sweet with a kick of bourbon, it’s one combination you won’t want to miss!

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon bourbon
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (confectioner’s)
Method:
1. In a medium size bowl, add whip cream and whip until medium peaks form. Add bourbon and powdered sugar and whip until just combined.
2. Serve with your favorite pie, like pecan, and enjoy!
Kitchen Note: Whipping cream is so versatile, you can really enhance or flavor it according to the dessert at hand. If you don’t care for bourbon, consider swapping in maple syrup or other liqueur, like grand marnier, instead!
