When asked to bring a side for a gathering, think about whipping up a quick and easy green goddess dip which is a true fan favorite! Served alongside a heaping platter of veggies, you will be the true hero of the party!

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons chives, minced
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons basil, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon tarragon, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon mint, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice, more or less as desired
kosher salt, as desired
1 tablespoon minced shallot
Method:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and evenly combined. Adjust seasoning to taste with additional salt or lemon juice, if desired.
2. Serve with fresh veggies!
Kitchen Note: Feel free to add less or more herbs to your preference.
