Vietnamese Coffee Ice-Blend
I absolutely love sweetened condensed milk in my coffee which is why I love Vietnamese coffee so much! I don’t often have it because it almost feels like dessert, but blending it with ice is perfect in the morning! Not only do I get a caffeine boost I also get a nice dose of sweetness to get me on my way!

3/4 cup chilled espresso or strong brewed ice coffee – see kitchen note
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 cups ice
Method:
1. In a blender, add espresso, condensed milk and ice. Blend on low until running then high until smooth.
2. Serve immediately!
Kitchen Note: If you have time, freeze espresso in an ice cube tray and use this in place of the ice. This way, your smoothie won’t water down as quickly. Add more or less condensed milk for desired sweetness.
