Peach Banana and Blueberry Smoothie
Fresh smoothies are a great way to kick-start your morning in a delicious and healthy manner. I even like to make them the night before so breakfast is simply “grab-and-go” come morning.

1 banana, peeled
1 peach, rinsed, pitted
1/4 cup blueberries, rinsed, stems removed
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup ice
Method:
1. In a blender, add banana, peach, blueberries, orange juice, yogurt and ice. Blend until smooth, divide into two glasses and serve.
Kitchen Note: If using frozen fruit, my personal preference when peaches and blueberries are not in season, add less ice.
