Sparkling Cranberry Limeade

1 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1 can (12-ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (750ml) sparkling water, chilled
1 bag fresh cranberries, to garnish
1 lime, thinly sliced into circles across the diameter, to garnish
ice, as desired
Method:
1. In a large serving pitcher, whisk cranberry juice and thawed limeade concentrate until evenly combined. Add sparkling water, fresh cranberries and lime slices – See kitchen note.
2. To serve, fill glasses with ice and top with sparkling cranberry lime spritzer ensuring each glass has a few cranberries to garnish.
Kitchen Note: If not serving right away, wait to add the sparkling water or it will go flat.
