Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Breakfast smoothies are a great way to eat (I mean drink) on the go! Regardless of your berry preference, this is the simplest smoothie you will ever make without sacrificing on flavor (or time!).

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup ice, more or less depending on desired consistency
Method:
1. In a blender, add blueberries, banana, yogurt, maple syrup or honey, almond milk and ice. Blend until smooth adjusting the consistency with more ice, if desired.
Kitchen Note: If you have fresh but not frozen blueberries, add more ice starting with an additional 1/4 cup. Almond milk can easily be replaced with soy, dairy or even coconut milk.
