Who would have ever thought blending dates with bananas would be so delectable! Well, for those that are still skeptical, it absolutely works!!! Did I mention it was dairy free?

2 bananas
1/4 cup Medjool dates (approximately 6 dates), pitted
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 cups ice
Method:
1. In a blender, like Vitamix, add bananas, Medjool dates, almond milk and ice. Blend until smooth, divide and serve!
Kitchen Note: Dates add quite a bit of natural sweetness, but if more is desired, add a teaspoon of honey or agave.
